Plot Points

Topic: Plot Points in Your Movie
Received:  23 Dec 2024

One way to understand your life is to look at it as a plot line.  You can draw a line using your age as a plot point. For example, 0-3 (years of age), 4-7, 8-11, 12-15, 16-19, 20-23, etc. (See example below.)

If something major happened in your life at the age of 7, and you perceived it as a negative happening, draw a line down from 4-7 (below the line) and write a title for this happening.

If something major happened in your life at the age 18, and you perceived it as a positive happening, draw a line up from 6-19 (above the line) and write a title for this happening.

Each line represents a plot point in your life.

Do this for your entire life.  When you look at your completed diagram, you will be looking at the plot points of your movie.

Now pick the one positive happening that had the most effect on your life (thus far).  And pick the one negative happening that has had the most effect on your life (thus far).  Color those in.

If you wish to learn more about this movie of yours, below each plot point title, write what you learned or decided because of that happening, one seemingly negative thing, and one seemingly positive thing.

Now look again at your entire movie (thus far), and determine the theme of your life.  Write this at the top of your graph.

Now look at your movie, and determine the primary beliefs you hold, and the decisions you made, about yourself and your life. Write these below your graph.

And finally, give your movie a title.

The low points and the high points are all the same to your soul.  They represent information and expansion and have become a part of your soul.

This is not to say that your soul doesn’t care if you as the Ego/Human are suffering.  Your soul will guide you out of the suffering if you attune to it.

And that is a topic for another day.
