Grief, illness, anger, fear, all the negative emotions derive from the Ego Program algorithm.
The Ego Program, which originated to keep you safe, now keeps you afraid. This is not to say that the Ego Program doesn’t have its place. It does. It keeps you grounded in physical reality. You chose to be in physical reality for a reason, and The Ego Program allows you to do this. Without your sensory data coming in via eyes, ears, nose, touch, taste, you would not be connected to this physical arena.
The Ego Program is like Engine E (earth experience). It is fueled by the information you have taken into your body and mind at both conscious and unconscious levels from birth. Engine E is also fueled by Engine O, the non-physical energy that is the real you and does not live in linear time. So, your conscious mind does indeed receive messages from Engine O, your Originator, your Observer, your soul, but unless you’re looking for that information or open to that information coming from Engine O, you most likely are unaware of it.
The Ego Program focuses primarily on data coming from Engine E. Engine E is part of your conscious mind. You have ascertained your identity via Engine E. It fuels your conscious mind with past memories and thoughts of the future that cause negative and positive emotion. However, The Ego Program has a negative bias because its purpose is to keep you alive. Therefore, the fuel from Engine E is more likely to cause negative emotion.
When you are able to turn from your automatic thoughts, quiet your conscious mind, and focus on Engine O, your body and mind relax. You are then more able to discern the fuel from your O Engine. Therefore, you are more able to purposely think thoughts that create positive emotion and more positive outcomes in your life.
This is the way you help yourself and help others. The most profound and meaningful answers to your questions, and the answers to others’ questions, will most likely not stream from Engine E. They will stream from Engine O.
So, the thought for the day is “Stream from Engine O for yourself and others."
The follow up thought is this:
Engine E (ego program) can learn from Engine O (observer/soul), AND
ENGINE O CAN LEARN FROM ENGINE E.
In other words, your soul is learning from your Ego Program, gathering information and meaningful experiences that will remain with it forever.
Some would call this the Purpose of Life.
Note: I brought up a different question, and my soul just ignored me and talked about The Purpose of Life. Conversing with one's soul is always an interesting experience!
